- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't understand the negative reviews either! My family and I have been taking our dogs and cats here since we moved to Australia from New Zealand 12 years ago. Have never had any problems, procedures are done professionally and they remember you and your pets by name. Sometimes you can be sitting in the waiting room for a while, but hey that's like majority of medical places.
